budding an advocate !

One fine Sunday evening, I went to the Anna centenary library, most of us know very well that law section of this library contained rare and wonderful topics, we not able to find out anywhere else in Chennai.

I have glad about by find out one topic which was searched by me for long days. When I sat and started to read I came to see one man and his son who were seated in front of me, that small boy might be in 9 or 10 years old. Both are has been discussed. At the time, the small boy asked his father that, what strict liability is? Further he show some pages to his father and continuously asked, “what is this, dog bite case, a man maintain a dog, the dog was bitted somebody, they said strict liability was arise.’’  I was stunned. A ten years old boy asking question about strict liability?  Then he showed some other pages to his father, with asking the question that whether this type of questions will come for bar examination?!  I was utterly shocked. Preparing such a small boy to become advocate!?

It is not very surprising that man (he might be an advocate ) teaching law to the small boy , but it is very surprising and unbelievable that boy co operate with him and discussing and shooting questions, because, obviously, law is a dry subject. You may find out a children being prodigy in science, computer, mathematics also. But it is very hard to find out a genius child in subject like law, sociology and political science.

Startlingly, the little boy having lot of aspiration and interest in the field of law, flagrantly his father only created it. I am not inclined to find out the correctness or falsity in dumping the heavy subject into the little brain vehemently.

After they quitted, I saw the books spread out in the table having the topics of effective advocacy, how to deal with your clients, torts, Criminal law, dictionary of law.

 Here, another thing has to be reckoned. Second generation advocate prepared by this way too. Needless to say, we have to compete with the persons who are prepared this way. Without giving any suggestion or conclusion, here I want to share my experience only.

புதிதாக சைக்கிள் ஒன்று வாங்கி சைக்க்ளிங் போக ஆரம்பித்திருக்கிறேன் . தினமும் தேனாம்பேட்டையில் இருந்து மெரினா வரை . கிட்டத்தட்ட சைக்கிள் ஓட்டி ஆறு  வருடங்களுக்கு மேல் ஆகிறது .கடைசியாக கொடைக்கானல் சுற்றுலாவில் ஒட்டியதாக நினைவு.   மீண்டும் பள்ளி பருவத்திற்கு போய்விட்ட ஒரு உணர்வு . மார்கழி மாசக் குளிர் வேறு அதில் ஒரு சிறப்பு .அப்போதெல்லாம் சைக்கிள் எடுத்தால் மின்னல் வேகம் தான் , எங்கள் ஏரியா மகளிர் எல்லாம் ' உங்கள் பையனை சைக்கிள் பொறுமையாக ஓட்ட சொல்லுங்கள்'  என்று எங்கள் வீட்டுக்கு வந்து பஞ்சாயத்து வச்ச காலமெல்லாம் நினைவுக்கு வந்தது . அப்போதெல்லாம் சைக்கிளில் கிலோ மீட்டர் கணக்காக சுற்றி இருக்கிறேன் .எப்போதாவது நானும் சகாய ராஜும் வேட்டைக்கு கிளம்பினோம் என்றால் ஏழு எட்டு மணி நேரம் ஆகும் திரும்பி வர . கொக்கு ,முயல் என சுட்டு கொண்டுவருவோம் .

அந்த சின்ன வயசில் இருந்த stamina இப்போது இல்லை என்றே தோன்றுகிறது .இப்போதெல்லாம் இயந்திரங்களின்  குதிரை திறனையே நம்ப வேண்டியிருக்கிறது . சைக்கிளை எடுக்கும் பொது கை தன்னை அறியாமல் ஹென்பரில் சாவி போட போகிறது .இத்தனை நாட்களாக எனது  காரும்,பைக்கும் எனது திறனை எந்த அளவிற்கு மறக்க வைத்து விட்டன ! .பள்ளி பருவத்தில் நான் சைக்கிள் கை விட்டுக் கொண்டு ஓட்டுவதில் கில்லாடி . இப்போது முயற்சி செய்து பார்த்தேன் , முடியவில்லை.

காந்தி சிலை அருகே மிதிவண்டியை நிறுத்தி விட்டு போனால் அங்கே இயற்கை உணவு விற்கிறார்கள் .முளை கட்டிய தானியங்கள் , பச்சை காய்கறிகள் ,பப்பாளி என .

 பலதரப்பட்ட மனிதர்கள் , இரவு  கடற்கரையில் உறங்கி விட்டு வீடு திரும்பும் பக்கத்து குப்பத்தை சார்ந்த பையன் முதல் , Reebok  , ray ben  னுடன்

sit  ups செய்யும் இளைஞன் வரை.       ஒருவர் உலக மக்களை ஏளனமாக பார்த்தபடி (என்னை உட்பட ) யோகா செய்ய ஆரம்பித்தார் . யாரிடமோ பந்தயம் கட்டியிருப்பார் போல , ரொம்ப கஷ்டப்பட்டு ஹலாசனம்  செய்து கொண்டிருந்தார் . பின் சர்வங்கசனம் போட்டார் , நான் அவரிடம் முதுகை முன் வளைக்கும் யோகா செய்தால் தொடர்ந்து ,முதுகை பின்னால் வளைப்பது மாதிரியான யோகா தான் செய்ய வேண்டும் .இப்போது நீங்கள் தனுராசனம் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று சொன்னேன் .இந்த பக்கம் பார்த்தால் ஒரு குரு குழந்தைகளுக்கு கரததே சொல்லிக்கொடுத்துக்கொண்டிருந்தார் . அப்படியே கொஞ்ச நேரம் ரிலாக்ஸ் ஆக எல்லாரையும் வேடிக்கை பார்த்து விட்டு கிளம்பினால் , திரும்பி வரும்போது பள்ளிக் குழந்தைகள் எல்லாம் பள்ளிக்கு சென்று கொண்டிருப்பார்கள் .அவர்களோடு சேர்ந்து சைக்கிள் ஓட்டுவது தனி சந்தோசம் .

சைக்கிளிங் போவதினால் வரும் மருத்துவ பயன்கள் பற்றி தேவைக்கதிகமாகவே நீங்கள் தெரிந்து கொண்டிருப்பீர்கள் .ஆகையால் எனது practical  tips

#  தினமும் புது புது வழிகளில் செல்லுங்கள் . அல்லது தினமும் ஒரு ஏரியா விற்கு செல்லுங்கள் . புது புது இடங்களை பார்க்க நேரிடும் .

#  தூரமும் ,நேரமும் இடம் கொடுத்தல் கடற்கரைக்கு செல்லுங்கள் .

# சைக்கிளில் செல்லும் போது ஓரளவிற்கு ட்ராபிக் மீறலாம் தான் என்றாலும் அது எதிரில் வருபவருக்கு தெரியாது என்பதை நினைவில் கொள்ளவும் .

#  எதோ நாம் பயங்கரமாக உடற்பயிற்சி செய்கிறோம் என்றெல்லாம் நினைக்காமல் ,ஜாலி யாக வேடிக்கை பார்த்துக்கொண்டு சைக்கிள் ஒட்டுங்கள் . மனசு ரிலாக்ஸ் ஆகும் .

காக்கைக்கு சோறிட்ட கருப்பு மீசைக் காரன் !

டிசம்பர் 11 ,

பாரதியின் பிறந்த நாள் என்பதை மறக்கவில்லை , அன்று டிசம்பர் 11  என்பதை மறந்து விட்டேன் . ஞாயிற்று கிழமையாதலால் சோம்பிக்கிடந்த எனக்கு மாலையிலிருந்து ஏனோ, பாரதியின் ஞாபகம் .நண்பனுடன் பாரதியைப்பற்றி பேசிக்கொண்டிருந்தேன் . எனக்கு ஒரு பாரதியார் கவிதைகள் வாங்கி குடுடா ,என்றான் என் நண்பன். .பின்பு நண்பனுக்கு அலை பேசி வாங்க மயிலை சென்றோம் அப்படியே என் வாகனம் போன போக்கில் வந்தடைந்த இடம் திருவல்லிக்கேணி . ஒருவகையில் எனக்கு திருவல்லிக்கேணி சொந்த வீடு போன்றது .சென்னை வந்த புதிதில் எனக்கு அடைக்கலமும் ஆதரவும் அளித்தது இந்த திருவல்லிக்கேணிதான். திருவல்லிகேனிக்கு வந்து நிறைய நாள் ஆகிவிட்டதால் சொந்த ஊருக்குள் நுழைந்ததை போல் ஒரு உணர்வு ,சற்று நேரம் கழித்து கிளம்ப எத்தனித்த பொது பாரதி சாலையில் , பாரதியின் கம்பிரமான படம் கண்ணில் பட்டது ''பாரதி மெஸ்'' என்ற பெயருடன் . உள்ளே நுழைந்தோம்  மெஸ் -ன் பாரதியின் படத்தை வைத்து பூஜித்து இருந்தார்கள் .மெஸ்-ன் சுவர்களில் எல்லாம் பாரதியின் படங்கள் அது பற்றிய குறிப்புகளுடன் , அதுமட்டுமில்லாமல் பாரதியார் கவிதைகளும் சகாய விலைக்கு வைத்திருக்கிறார்கள் .நண்பன் ஆசைப்படியே அவனுக்கு பாரதியாரகவிதைகள் வாங்கி  கொடுத்தேன் .

ஏன்? சச்சின் போன்றவர்களுக்கு தான் theme  restaurant  கட்ட வேண்டுமா ? ,
ஒரு சில புகைப்பட குறிப்புகளிலே பாரதி பற்றி தெரியதவர்களுக்கும் அவரைப் பற்றி புரிய வைக்கும்  அளவிற்கு இருக்கின்றன  அந்த குறிப்புகளும் புகைப்படங்களும் . அன்று பாரதியின் பிறந்த நாள் என்பதை நினைவுபடுத்தியதுடன் அவரை வணங்கும் வாய்ப்பையும் அளித்தது அந்த மெஸ் .உண்மையிலேயே நல்ல விஷியம்தான் .அதிலிருந்த பெருன்பான்மை புகைப்படங்கள் நான் ஏற்கனவே கண்டவைதான், ஆனால் அதிலொரு புகைப்படம் கண்டிராதது அந்த குறிப்பும் பாரதியை எண்ணி வியக்க வைத்தது . ஒரு குழு புகைப்படத்தில் பாரதி தனது வயதிற்கு வந்த பெண்ணிற்கு அருகில் தனது நண்பரை (அவருக்கும் இள வயது )  நிற்க வைத்திருக்கிறார் , அந்த காலத்தில் அது மிகப்பெரிய விஷயம் . பெண்ணிற்கு எந்த வித உரிமையும் வழங்கப்படாத காலக் கட்டத்தில் புரட்சிக்கவியால் மட்டும் இப்படி முற்போக்குத்தனமாக  சிந்திக்க முடிந்தது .

                                         '' நிமிந்த நன்னடையும் நேர்கொண்ட பார்வையும்
                                           நிலத்தில் யார்க்கும் அஞ்சாத நெறிகளும்
                                           திமிர்ந்த ஞான செருக்கும் இருப்பதால்
                                           செம்மை மாதர் திறம்புவதில்லையாம் ''
என்று வெறும் வார்த்தையில் சொன்னவனில்லை பாரதி .

இதில் யோசிக்க வேண்டிய விஷயம் என்ன வென்றால் ,புகைப்படங்கள் மற்றும் குறிப்புகள் மூலமாக ஒரு மனிதனின் தீர்க்கம், சிந்தனை ,மனோ சக்தி போன்றவற்றை புரிந்து கொள்ள முடிகிறது   . நான் அலை பேசியில் எடுத்த புகைப் படங்களை   எப்போதும் பத்திரப்படுத்தி வைப்பேன் , ஏனென்றால் சில வருடங்களுக்கு பிறகு அந்த புகைப் படங்களை பார்க்கும்பொது பலதரப்பட்ட உணர்வுகளை தருகிறது . ஒருவரைப் பற்றி நான் புரிந்து கொள்ள எத்தனித்த போது அந்த நபரின் face  book புகைப் படங்களை வைத்து ஒரு சில விசியங்களை புரிந்து கொண்டேன் என்று சொன்னால் நம்புவீர்களா?

 அலை பேசி யின் புகைப் படங்களை பத்திரப்படுத்துங்கள் ,அது டைரியின் பக்கங்களை போன்றது .

என் நண்பனின் பிறந்த நாள் வாழ்த்து

அன்புள்ள நண்பனுக்கு...

ஆதாமையும் ஏவாளையும்,

ஒருகாலத்தில் வம்புக்கு இழுத்ததால்

உருவான நம் நட்பு...

பள்ளிக்கு

படிக்க வந்தாலும்

படிப்பை  தவிர்த்து..

மற்ற  விஷயங்களை

நாம் கலந்துரையாடியதால்...

வளர்ந்தது நம் நட்பு...

நண்பர்களிடம்

ஆம் 

நான் சட்டம் படித்தவனின் 

நண்பனென்று...!

எனக்கு தெரிந்த வரையில்

அம்பேத்காரும்..

அண்ணாவும்...

சேர்ந்து பயணம் செய்த முதல்  

ரயில் பெட்டி....

நம் நட்பாகத்தான் இருக்கும்...!

காலமும், நேரமும் 

யாருக்காகவும் 

காத்திருப்பதில்லையாம்...

நாம் சந்திக்க வேண்டுமென்று

முடிவெடுத்துவிட்டால் 

காலமென்ன, கடவுளும் கூட 

காத்திருப்பார் என்பதை 

நீ அறிவாய் என நினைக்கிறேன்...!

"நல்லதோர் வீணை" செய்கிறாய்...

ஆம்... அது நல்லதோர் "வினை" தான்..!

தொடரட்டும் உன் பணி 

வாழ்த்துக்கள் தோழா...!

budding advocate

Every Advocate have the three Budding Stages .

First, In the student life, law student try to prepare to be a advocate. In this stage ,  law student learn the society than the law .

             Secondly, Novice period that means attached with one office as a junior counsel.  In this stage only, an advocate come to learn that how to prepare to be a good advocate .In this second stage, the persons hailing from middle class and first generation advocates have to take hectic efforts to move the life and to satisfy the family needs and expectations .They have some inferiority complex about the second language fluency .They disgust about the college life college atmosphere which was fail to teach the law  .On other hand ,they scorn about their  previous attitude in student life .

           Vice versa, Higher class peoples, In simple words , “ Hollywood Audients” and second generation advocate or advocate from advocate generation ,they are not ready to leave the student feel , some of them have the lot of conscious about to reveal the beauty look despite the whole body covered by coat and ropes . Some of them, read the English novels, which are vehemently created as a vital to divulge their prestige, in court hall .They are not fail to chat about the familiarity of the novels. They have the over confident about that they have the skill, nothing but language, to manipulate the judges.

       

           Thirdly, that stage, an advocate enters into individual practice. It is not hard to wait for a case for fiscal expectations. But it is very hard to act as not to be so.  They have to satisfy the needs of their own family, needless to say, most of them become married. In the third stage, every person have to create some situations. For instance, everybody needs a vehicle, obviously not only for  voyage,  it may be vary from person to person, viz. scooter, bike , C class car, ford , BMW,Audi,Etc.

         

            Advocates earn the lot of money and familiarity, when it become not necessary for them.

I am not fail to read every day the words written near our high court four angle or tri angle (I have the confusion about that whether that is four angle or tri angle)

Those words are,

‘’If anyone needs to be free from all of fear in the performance of his arduous duty, advocate is that person’’.

I presume the word ‘arduous’ contains the above all too.

            In the above contents, because of sans of efficiency in English, I am not sure that whether I presented the proper words and sentence to convey my thoughts, but I am sure that my readers will understand that what I try to say .
